Zoe has an incredible house with an amazing backyard. We had been talking about taking pictures all summer and I'm so glad we got to meet up before I leave on Sunday :(

country day camp

I had the best job this summer. I worked at Rolling Hills Country Day Camp, and it was so much fun. I love taking pictures of kids, so I brought my camera to work a good handful of days.

Sorry for the month long haitus. :(

My computer recently crashed/I've been working a lot so I haven't been able to take pictures as much as I would like to. I'm working on editing some pictures for some new posts that are coming soon!

A couple weekends ago, I was commissioned to take some pictures for a family friend at her granddaughter's birthday party. It was really fun for me to get into the action and get to know all her grandchildren, all of who are HILARIOUS. I already love working with kids, so I love taking pictures of them!

dia de los muertos

So Austen had this idea for a Dia de los Muertos themed shoot with the lovely ballerina, Tess Lane. With makeup taking longer than expected and a late photographer, we were shooting on Austen's street around 10 pm without any light. We improvised using my car headlights, reflectors, and another small camera light. Creepier than my normal work, I still really love the shots we got.
